Thrashers' place Lehtonen on IR

The Atlanta Thrashers' have placed goaltender Kari Lehtonen on Injuried Reserve, retroactive to October 31. Lehtonen had been sidelined since a loss to the Rangers on October 30, first because of illness, and now because of a back ailment.
